**Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships. During sales, holidays, or new releases, processing times may be extended.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Details
• We ship via USPS Ground for all orders $25 and up (free shipping).
• For orders under $25, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95, which includes tracking.
• All shipments include tracking; we no longer ship via First-Class Mail without tracking.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
