Shipping
1. What’s your shipping timeline?
A: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, and international orders take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs.
2. Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update.
3. Do you refund shipping fees?
A: No. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or marked undeliverable.
4. My package says delivered but I didn’t get it—what should I do?
A: We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for locating it.
Returns
1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade and customizable nature of our products, all sales are final.
2. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modestdollarco.com We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
3. Can I return something if I changed my mind?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing mistakes, or custom orders.
Product Care
1. How should I care for my envelopes and dashboards?
A:
- For glossy cardstock: Use a Sharpie to label. To remove, gently clean with an alcohol wipe.
- For matte vellum: Use a wet-erase marker. To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth or wet wipe—avoid harsh scrubbing.
2. How should I store them?
A: Store in a cool, dry place—away from sunlight and moisture to avoid damage.
3. Are they reusable?
A: Yes! When properly cared for, our envelopes and dashboards are designed for long-term use and can be reused.
